- Valuables
- Valuables during a stay do custody at the front desk. The Hotel is not liable for the loss of any valuables not properly stored in the safety box.

- House Keeping
- Our housekeeping clean the guest room every day. If you do not want the cleaning of your room, please hang DO NOT DISTURB card on the doorknob of the outside of your room. Housekeeping time 10:00 – 15:00
- Room Key
- All the guest room doors are not locked automatically when closed. Please hang the door hook and use the door latch before you go to sleep. Please take the key with you when you leave the room. We would like to ask you to leave the key at the front desk when you go out.
- Accounts & Exchange
- Payment should be settled at the front desk upon check-in by the front desk. When the total of your bill comes to a certain amount during your stay, the front desk would like to ask you to settle the bill in the middle.
We accept only Japanese yen and credit card. We cannot accept any foreign currency exchange service.
